To ensure the functionality of our website, we use the following service providers:

  • FormSubmit: Our contact forms are processed via formsubmit.co. This involves the transfer of your data to servers located in the USA. FormSubmit processes data according to its own privacy policy and the laws of its jurisdiction.
  • Hosting: Our website is hosted by Micron 21 Pty Ltd, located at Unit 2, 7 Eastspur Court, Kilsyth South VIC 3137, Australia.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Any data transfer outside Australia is conducted in accordance with APP 8.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Enquiries: Retained for 12 months if no booking is made.
  • Client Records: Retained for the duration of the business relationship.
  • Project Files: RAW files are stored for 6 months following the delivery of the final images, after which they are permanently deleted.
