Each staff member is allocated a specific time slot, ensuring the studio remains calm and focused. Our lead photographer provides active posing guidance, which is essential for those who may feel uncomfortable in front of the camera, helping them achieve a posture that conveys confidence.

For larger teams, we implement a systematic check-list to ensure no one is missed and that the technical specifications (lighting angle and crop) remain identical for every single portrait. This mathematical approach to photography is what creates the "grid effect" on a website, where all photos feel like they belong to the same family.

Client Preparation Guidelines

To achieve professional results, we recommend the following preparations for your team:

• Wardrobe Coordination: Avoid fine stripes or complex patterns that can cause "moiré" (visual distortion) on screens. Solid colours usually work best.
• Grooming: We provide a private dressing room and makeup station for final adjustments. We suggest matte powder for those prone to shine under studio lights.
• Scheduling: A finalised list of names and their respective time slots to ensure a smooth flow of people through the studio.
• Brand Guide: If you have existing brand colours, please share them with us so we can adjust the background or lighting temperature to match.

Deliverables: What You Receive

At the conclusion of the project, you will receive a professional package containing:

• High-resolution JPEG files for print (brochures, press releases).
• Web-optimised JPEG files for LinkedIn, websites, and email signatures.
• Standardised cropping for consistency across all team members.
• Professional retouching on the selected frames (5 retouched frames included per person).
• A private online gallery available for a set period for easy downloading.

Timelines and Delivery

We understand that corporate projects often have tight deadlines. Once the shoot is completed, the initial selection gallery is typically available within 3-5 business days. After the final images are selected by your team, the fully retouched files are delivered within 10 working days. Exclusions: What Is Not Included

To maintain transparency, please note that the following are not part of the standard corporate package:

• RAW files: We deliver finished JPEGs. RAW files are the photographer's working documents and are not provided unless specifically agreed upon in a separate contract.
• Extensive digital manipulation: Our retouching focuses on skin cleaning and colour correction, not changing physical features or replacing backgrounds.
• On-site shooting: This specific service is based in our Brisbane studio. On-location corporate shoots are quoted separately.
• Physical prints: All deliverables are digital.

Pricing and GST Calculation

Our pricing is structured to be scalable, whether you are a solo executive or a firm with fifty employees. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). In accordance with Australian law, we provide a breakdown of prices including and excluding the Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%.
